Riverside Condominiums is a 140-unit residential development on a former industrial site along the river. The project transforms an underused stretch of waterfront into a vibrant community with homes, green space, and a public riverside walk.
Project Overview
Two mid-rise buildings step down toward the water, giving most units river views and generous private balconies. Shared amenities include a residents’ lounge, fitness center, landscaped courtyard, and secure underground parking.
Our Role
We managed site remediation, flood-resilience works, and the full construction of both buildings. Careful phasing allowed the first building to be occupied while the second was completed, accelerating the client’s sales program.
