Luxury Waterfront Residence is a four-bedroom lakeside home designed to make the most of its setting. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, cantilevered terraces, and a carefully orientated plan bring water views into every main room while protecting privacy from the shoreline path.
Project Overview
The 6,200 sq ft residence sits on a sloping waterfront lot that required careful engineering. A reinforced concrete podium anchors the home into the hillside, supporting a lightweight steel and timber upper level with a signature angled roofline and a rooftop terrace.
Our Role
Buildify delivered the project from design development through final handover. We managed geotechnical investigations, shoreline permits, and a tight construction window that avoided the lake’s seasonal restrictions — completing the home two weeks ahead of schedule.
