GreenTech Headquarters is a 120,000 sq ft corporate campus built for a renewable energy company that wanted its building to reflect its mission. The design prioritizes daylight, flexible workspaces, and low-carbon construction throughout.
Project Overview
The seven-storey building features a curved high-performance facade, a central atrium that draws natural light deep into the floor plates, and open-plan workspaces that can be reconfigured as teams grow. Biophilic design brings planting into every floor.
Our Role
As design-and-build contractor, we coordinated architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability consultants from concept through commissioning. Our team managed procurement of low-carbon materials and tracked embodied carbon across the entire build.
