A Day on Site: Behind the Scenes with Our Crew
Introduction
Every finished building is the result of thousands of small decisions made on site. Here’s what a typical day looks like for the Buildify crew.
Morning Briefing
Each day starts with a short safety briefing and a walk through the plan: which trades are on site, what deliveries are expected, and which areas are off-limits.
Keeping Things on Track
Our site managers coordinate trades, check quality as work progresses, and keep clients updated. Small issues get solved the same day, so they never turn into big delays.
